Mobile App

Once sites were assigned to technicians in the back office app, they get an overview of the sites with real-time monitoring in the mobile app, in-app notifications and push notifications of critical events. They also know exactly when the next inspection and service visits have to be done. On the site screen, they can access detailed info of current and past events of all types, know exactly where and when an event has happened. Technicians also have access to the site's control hub for further investigations and actions. Site managers get a similar interface but with limited set of action options via the control hub. They also have an exclusive feature to request a service visit.
